Deftones fans, get ready—your favorite alt-metal pioneers are back with exciting new tour dates for 2025! The band has just announced the second leg of their North American tour, set to kick off on August 22nd in Vancouver, British Columbia. This upcoming leg will bring Deftones to cities across North America, including Minneapolis, Montreal, Cleveland, and Denver, all the way through September 17th in Kansas City, Missouri.
Deftones will be joined by special guests Phantogram and IDLES on select dates, with opening act The Barbarians of California providing the support throughout the entire tour. This highly anticipated run follows their ongoing 2025 North American tour, which is currently underway, featuring support from The Mars Volta and Fleshwater.
The current leg, which began on February 25th in Portland, Oregon, will wrap up on April 9th in Newark, New Jersey. In addition to the headlining shows, Deftones are also slated to perform at major U.S. festivals like Shaky Knees, Louder Than Life, and Aftershock. The band will also play select shows in Toronto with System of a Down and has several upcoming dates in the UK and Europe.
New Album on the Horizon Fans of Deftones can also look forward to new music on the horizon. While details remain under wraps, the band is expected to release a new album in 2025, following their critically acclaimed 2020 album Ohms.
